EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - RICHARD
DOLEZSAR
Richard started his municipal administration
career in 1978 as the Assistant Administrator of the Rural Municipality
of Hoodoo #401, and later that year, he accepted the Administrator position
at the Rural Municipality of Hudson Bay #394. In 1983, he became the Administrator
of the Town of Hudson Bay, a position that he holds to this day. Richard
holds Urban Superior "A" and Rural "A" Certificates in Local Government
Administration
Richard's current community involvements include: Emergency Measures Organization
Coordinator, member - Economic Development and Tourism Committee, director
- East Central Saskatchewan Tourism Committee, director - Saskatchewan
Snowmobile Association, and minor ball coach. He was previously: treasurer
- Hudson Bay Curling Club, treasurer/vice-president/president - Hudson
Bay Trail Riders Snowmobile Club, president - Porcupine Forest Snowmobile
Association, and member - Pasquia/Porcupine Land Use Plan.
Rick and his wife Karen have lived in Hudson Bay since 1980 and have three
children - Ryan, Nicole and Robyn.
Richard was appointed Executive Director in 1990.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - EILEEN DANYLUK
Eileen was born in Humboldt after which her
family moved to Weekes where she grew up and graduated from grade 12.
She then attended Business College in Saskatoon and worked for one year
in Melfort before being married to John. They moved to Hudson Bay where
Eileen first worked for Simpson Timber Co. and then began work as Assistant
Administrator for the Town of Hudson Bay in 1967. She graduated from the
Local Government Administration Program in 1982, receiving her Urban "C"
Certificate in Local Government Administration in 1983 and her Urban "A"
Certificate in Local Government Administration in 1991.
Eileen's community involvement over the years has included Girl Guide
Leader, Beaver Leader, treasurer - Donors Choice, community contact -
Heart & Stroke Foundation, treasurer - Royal Purple, director - Emergency
Measures Organization Emergency Operations Centre, member - St. Stephen's
United Church Board, Secretary - United Church Women, and Treasurer for
St. Stephen's Service & Outreach and the Memorial Fund.
Eileen's interests besides being "Grandma" include curling, fishing, camping,
knitting, crocheting, quilting, hardangar, sewing, refinishing old furniture
and flower gardening. Her husband, John is employed at Weyerhaeuser Plywood
Division and they have two sons Russel and Derrick (Shyla), Dakota, Mathew
and one daughter Cheryl (Barry), Taylor, Brittni.
Eileen was appointed Administrative Assistant in 1990.
