RETENTION OF MANDATORY STANDARD CERTIFICATION-

08-01. LEURER: That we advise Mason Creative Services that we wish to conclude the contract for website development and invite an expression of interest for a year to year maintenance contract. CARRIED

10-01. DUBKOWSKI: That we acknowledge reports from the Dec. 7th and 8th and Jan 25th and 26th City Mayors’ Legislative Renewal Committee meetings as submitted by Director Dubkowski. CARRIED

- President Phil Boivin to make arrangements at Avonlea re: golf and ball.
- Potential Convention program ideas were discussed and recorded by the Executive Director.

UMAAS/ARS/SUMA PROGRAM
17-01. GARTNER: That Wanda McGonigal investigate potential participation by UMAAS in the Sask Urban Municipalities Association Employee Assistance Program. CARRIED
