02-01. GARTNER: That the minutes of the November 17, 2000 joint meeting with
the Rural Municipal Administrators’ Association of Sask. and the November
18, 2000 Executive meeting be approved. CARRIED

03-01. TOYE: That we accept the preliminary December 31, 2000 Financial Statement.

05-01. LESON: That the Advisory Committee prepare a report to outline transition
and policy from the current Board of Examiners to the new certification system
which will not include Provincial Government involvement. CARRIED

06-01. DUBKOWSKI: That the summary Report of the UMAAS/RMAAS SUMMARY Tax Tools

08-01. LEURER: That we advise Mason Creative Services that we wish to conclude
the contract for website development and invite an expression of interest
for a year to year maintenance contract. CARRIED

09-01. GARTNER: That we acknowledge Past President Jim Toye’s report relating
to the assessment of the Strategic Plan Process. CARRIED

10-01. DUBKOWSKI: That we acknowledge reports from the Dec. 7th and 8th and
Jan 25th and 26th City Mayors’ Legislative Renewal Committee meetings as submitted

16-01. LESON: That we accept with regret the resignation of Jack Klamot. CARRIED
CONVENTION COMMITTEE
- Michael Hotsko will assume chairmanship of the Convention Committee to replace
Jack Klamot
- President Phil Boivin to make arrangements at Avonlea re: golf and ball.
- Potential Convention program ideas were discussed and recorded by the Executive
Director.
UMAAS/ARS/SUMA PROGRAM
17-01. GARTNER: That Wanda McGonigal investigate potential participation by
UMAAS in the Sask Urban Municipalities Association Employee Assistance Program.
