PAST PRESIDENT - KIM GARTNER

Kim was born and raised on the family farm near Macklin, Saskatchewan. He began his career in municipal government in 1987 when he was hired as Assistant Administrator for the Rural Municipality of Heart's Hill #352 in Luseland, Saskatchewan. Later in 1988, he accepted the Administrator position. In 1993, Kim accepted the position of Administrator in his hometown of Macklin.

Kim and his wife Colleen have four children - Dustin, Chantelle, Kimberly and Jessica. Their family members are sports enthusiasts and very active in many organizations and clubs in the community, so every week is a busy week in the Gartner household.

     

Kim has been elected to the following terms on the Executive:

  • Division 6 Director 1999 - 2000
  • Division 6 Director 2000 - 2001
  • Vice President 2001-2002
  • Vice President 2002-2003
